LLEAPP 2013, UoE

LLEAPP (Laboratory for Laptop and Electronic Audio Performance Practice) came home in April 2013, with some changes to the format of the event, most notably the employment of a Musical Director (the excellent Jan Hendrickse), and the decision to stage two performance events, the first being an introductory showcase, and the second inspired by The Odyssey.

LLEAPP was hosted in 2010 by Adam Parkinson and Nick Williams at Newcastle University.

LLEAPP 2009, University of Edinburgh

LLEAPP (Laboratory for Laptop and Electronic Audio Performance Practice) is a cross-discipline researcher led project that provides a forum for exploring shared issues around sound, composition, performance and technology and to foster collaborative, practice-based research between practitioners at Edinburgh University and invited partipants from SARC, UEA, City University London and the International Centre for Music Studies (ICMuS) at Newcastle University.

It was set up in 2009 by Owen Green, Lauren Hayes, Jules Rawlinson and Sean Williams funded by the Roberts Fund for Researcher-Led Initiatives, and supported by Martin Parker.
