You may have noticed the art works on the walls of the library. Here is a list of what’s where!

Ian Hamilton Finlay
Evening / Sail
Evening / Sail. There were two versions of this print made. The first was printed in 1970 in an unsigned edition of 250. The second edition was printed in 1991 at the time of Finlay’s Fruitmarket Gallery exhibition and was printed in an edition of 75. The second edition prints were signed and numbered by the artist.

Eight photographs of Blinky Palermo by Monika Baumgartl
These photographs show Blinky Palermo at work on his wall painting, entitled Blue/yellow/white/red that was installed in Edinburgh College of Art for the 1970 Edinburgh Festival exhibition of Düsseldorf-based artists ‘Strategy: Get Arts’, organised by the Richard Demarco Gallery in collaboration with the Kunsthalle in Düsseldorf.
Reconstructed in 2005 as part of the Palermo: Restore project.

Grey upholstered arm-chair, made by Laura Virtanen, BA Design & Applied Arts (Product Design) ECA, graduated 2009.
