Cartoons used to explore complex issues between miners and farmers in Zimbabwe
Newsday article describing the use of Illustrations in a national workshop in Harare called Visualising Artisanal and Small-Scale Gold Mining: Environmental Strategies for the Future. The cartoons by Harare-based cartoonist Innocent Mpofu of artisanal miners’ hardships were shared to spark debate on challenges, interpretations and solutions to landuse issues in Zimbabwe.
