PATTE:RN will be a collaborative research community network project that aims to map the research territory of patterns. The network crosses institutions, disciplines and sectors that use patterns from different perspectives. Patterns are proposed as a tool and technique for capturing experiences and practices of good practice. In brief, patterns define and express what we value, what improves our environment and enhances our cognitive and affective response to that environment.
